What happens when my free trial ends?

Your account auto-switches to Starter (free). You don't lose data — some features are just limited until you upgrade. No auto-charges.

Do I need my own ad network accounts?

Yes. AdPlus connects to your existing Google, Meta, TikTok, etc. accounts via OAuth. You stay the owner, and you can disconnect anytime.

Is there a limit on ad spend?

No. Your subscription gives you platform access — we don't charge a percentage of ad spend.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

How are my API credentials stored?

We only use OAuth tokens — we never see your passwords. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Revoke access from any network's settings page or from AdPlus directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
